AWARDING OF WINNERS OF REPUBLICAN COMPETITIONS OF SCIENTIFIC ARTICLES AND RESEARCH PROJECTS

Today, the Elbasy Library hosted an award ceremony for the winners of republican competitions of scientific articles among master`s and doctoral students "Kazakhstan in the global world: ways to improve national competitiveness" and research projects among schoolchildren "Independent Kazakhstan and Elbasy".
The scientific competitions are organized by the Elbasy Library with the support of the Corporate Fund "Elbasy Academy" and the Republican Scientific and Practical Center "Daryn" and timed to the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 
The event was attended by the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askhat Aimagambetov, Deputy Director of the Corporate Fund "Elbasy Academy" Anuar Zhangozin, Deputy Director of the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alua Zholdybalina, Director of the Republican Scientific and Practical Center "Daryn" Timur Nurkeshov and others. 
Welcoming the audience, director of the Elbasy Library Bakytzhan Temirbolat noted: "Among the works submitted for competitions there are many mature studies with original, but at the same time balanced conclusions, which are of practical interest for government bodies.
Therefore, we plan to send the scientific work of undergraduates and doctoral students for further study to the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan and to one of the authoritative research centers - the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan". 
 The aim of scientific competitions is the formation and development of Kazakhstan's scientific thought, promotion of research and educational activities of students, identification and support of the most talented and gifted young researchers.
 This year, more than 50 master`s and doctoral students of Kazakhstan and foreign higher educational institutions took part in the competition "Kazakhstan in the global world: ways to improve national competitiveness". 
“I am at the same age as the independence of Kazakhstan and I am growing, developing together with our young country. This competition provides tremendous support for the development of young scientists. And we, represented by young people, will do our best to make our country prosper and enter the top thirty competitive countries of the world”, - shared her impressions Ibraeva Nazgul, a doctoral student at Astana International University.
The competition of research projects "Independent Kazakhstan and Elbasy" received 570 works by pupils of grades 7-11.
“I have only positive impressions from participating in this competition. I am very pleased that my work was highly appreciated by the jury. I am sincerely proud of our independent, beautiful country, rich in natural resources”, - said Murygina Roza, a high school student in Taldysai village.
The winners of diplomas of I, II, III degrees, as well as the winner of the Grand Prix of the competition of scientific projects were determined.
The competition "Kazakhstan in the global world: ways to increase national competitiveness":
1st degree diploma - Ibraeva Nazgul, doctoral student of the International University "Astana" (Nur-Sultan city);
II degree diploma - Rustemov Chingis, Master's student at the University of Warwick (Great Britain);
III degree diploma - Alina Dubekova, Master's student at the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kosshy city).
The competition "Independent Kazakhstan and Elbasy":
1st degree diploma - Daniil Duisekov, gymnasium named after I. Altynsarin (Arkalyk city);
II degree diploma - Birzhankyzy Tomiris, Nazarbayev Intellectual School (Uralsk city), Zhorabek Erkebulan Kalizhanuly, 143 lyceum named after Suyunbai  (Almaty city);
III degree diploma - Esilzhan Zhibek, Nazarbayev Intellectual School (Nur-Sultan city), Aybazar Yryskul, lyceum named after T. Ryskulova (Lugovoye village), Meiram Rasul, Nazarbayev Intellectual School (Kokshetau city).
Grand Prix of the competition of scientific projects - Murygina Roza, secondary school (Taldysai village).
The winners of the competitions were awarded by prizes and diplomas.
