On November 10 after the ceremonial opening of the mobile scientific-educational and cultural-educational exhibition project «N.Nazarbayev: era, personality, society» at the Central State Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan for teachers of public disciplines and museum employees of Almaty was held seminar «Innovative forms of work in scientific-educational activities (from the experience of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbassy)».
The topical issues of museum and pedagogical activity, project work and interaction between educational and cultural institutions in the light of spiritual modernization of Kazakhstan society were discussed at the seminar.
The event’s moderator – the deputy director of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbassy, the candidate of historical sciences Botagoz Kaipova acquainted the seminar participants with the innovative forms of work used in the scientific and educational activities of the Library:
– The scientific and educational work is the key work of the institution in the direction of museum and pedagogical activity. We became one of the first who introduced to the practice of educational work scientific-research studies as part of scientific programs. The scientific program «The First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Strategy of state administration and the phenomenon of leadership» we have designed integrated in yourself the scientific project «The role of social institutions in the formation of leadership qualities and professionalism of the individual» on the example of life and activity of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2011, we submitted our museum educational project «Family, school, museum, society and other social and cultural institutions in leadership development» for consideration by the Ministry of Education and Science of the RK.
Then director of the Museum house named after A. Baytursynov, docent of the Al-Farabi KazNU, the candidate of historical sciences Rayhan Imahanbet made a report on the theme «The role of the Ahmet Baitursynov House Museum in the education of the younger generation».
In her report, she focused on the importance of knowing the history for young people, to understand what sacrifices were laid on the altar of the struggle for the people's freedom and independence by public figures of the past, in particular, the leader of «Alash Orda», the founder of the first democratic edition in the republic –«Qazaq» newspaper Ahmet Baitursynov. The important role of state support in preserving, studying and popularizing the scientific heritage of political figures of the kazakh people in a modern format noted the speaker. The book «Ахмет Байтұрсынұлы музей-үйі: құрылуы, дамуы, жүйеленуі, зерттеулуі» she presented to the Elbassy library at the end of her speech,.
The special report «Using the works of Elbassy Nursultan Nazarbayev in secondary schools, their educational value» prepared Kairken Kunapina candidate of historical sciences, docent of historical faculty of the Al-Farabi KazNU.
– Primarily, I would like to thank the Elbassy library of on behalf of my colleagues, on behalf of Almaty citizens for the organization of this project, for the great work you are doing in the upbringing of the younger generation. For us, teachers are very important, we do a common work Для нас педагогов это очень важно, мы делаем общую работу, –Kairken Kudaibergenovna noted at the beginning of her speech.
She noted the wisdom and foresight of the President, who after resolving the main social and economic problems in the country, achieving high results in these areas, turned his regard on the development of spirituality in society.
