As part of the information project "Uly Dala Tarlandary", the stories of the finalists of the national project "100 new personalities of Kazakhstan" are published on the website of the Library of Elbasy.
Ekaterina Wiebe is the winner of 2021 in the nomination "Ecology", a young scientist, a forest pathologist, head of the Department of Forest Protection and Conservation of the Kazakh Research Institute of Forestry and Agroforestry named after A.N. Bukeikhan.

The agenda of the Academic Council included six issues related to the preparation of publications in the framework of the implementation of research and scientific and educational programs of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy.
The continuation of the multivolume “N. A. Nazarbayev. Selected speeches" (8-9 volumes), consisting of the most significant speeches of Elbasy in the period from 2014 to 2016 and 2017-2021 is being prepared for printing.

The Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy, together with the Center for Modernization of Education in Nur-Sultan, held the event "Elımnıñ erkındıgı – täuelsızdık" for students and teachers of 14 secondary schools of the capital. The event was dedicated to the main state date of the outgoing year – the 30th anniversary of Kazakhstan's Independence.  
The event, held in the capital's gymnasium-school No. 63, was aimed at the formation and development of the historical consciousness of the younger generation.

Alexandria and a Long History of Mosaics
The Bibliotheca Alexandrina organizes a lecture entitled “Alexandria and a Long History of Mosaics”, delivered by Dr. Iman Mohsen Shahawy, Head of Antiquities Affairs at the Mosaic Center, Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities.
The lecture tackles the art of mosaic, especially during the Hellenistic period, and the unique position of Alexandria with regard to this ancient art. It also highlights different samples of mosaic artefacts, which were discovered in Alexandria, Jerash, Libya, and throughout the Mediterranean.

A series of thematic excursions for students of schools, colleges, collectives and guests of the city dedicated to the Day of the First President and Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held in the Library of Elbasy. Unique expositions were seen by more than a thousand excursionists.

The Museum of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy hosted the presentation of an art album and the opening of the exhibition "Nizami Ganjavi" dedicated to the 880th anniversary of the great Azerbaijani poet-philosopher Ilyas Yusif-oglu Nizami (literary pseudonym Ganjavi), organized by the International Organization of Turkic Culture TURKSOY.

The staff members of the Library of Elbasy organized a visiting lecture "The historical role of N.A. Nazarbayev in the formation of the state" for students of the college "Financial Academy".

Today, the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy hosted an international scientific and practical conference "Leadership. Stability. Progress", dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The organizers of the conference are the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy and the Nursultan Nazarbayev Foundation.

Today, the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy hosted a meeting with the pioneer builders of Nur-Sultan. 
The event dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan was timed to the Day of the official relocation of the capital, on December 10, 1997, the city of Akmola, now Nur-Sultan, was declared the main city of the country. 

Today, in the Museum of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy, within the framework of the Kazakhstan Way project, the presentation of the book "El Zhane Elbasy", prepared by JSC "Republican Newspaper "Egemen Kazakhstan", and the opening of the photo exhibition "Sovereignty and Elbasy", dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, took place.
