On May 18, the International Museum Day, the Library of Elbassy will feature a virtual exhibition "Eternal shining of silver", which includes a collection of diplomatic gifts made of silver, awarded at various times to the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbassy N. Nazarbayev.
The exhibition "Eternal shining of silver" consists of eight sections: silverware, tea sets, kumgans, decorative plates, vases, sculptures, boxes and items for writing. A total of 126 storage units.
The exhibits of the exhibition "Eternal shining of silver " reflect the geography of origin of items, a variety of manufacturing techniques, the shape of products, allow you to deeper understand and study the traditional ways of decoration inherent in a particular people of the world.
For well-known reasons, the exhibition "Eternal shining of silver" will be presented in electronic format on the website of the Library of Elbassy.
