VI "ABAI READINGS" OF THE ELBASY LIBRARY START

The Library of Elbasy announces the launch of the annual literary relay race "Abai readings", dedicated to the work of the great Kazakh poet, thinker and founder of Kazakh classical written literature Abai Kunanbayev.

The purpose of the project "Abai readings": popularization of the literary heritage of Abai, the formation of reading culture and literary taste among Kazakhstan’s youth.

Conditions of the literary relay:

1. Take a video of an expressive reading of any of Abai's works (in Kazakh, Russian, English and other language);

2. To put the video in one of the social networks Facebook, Instagram with the hashtags #БиблиотекаЕлбасыАбай;

3. The relay is held from June 10 to August 30, 2022.

According to the results of the literary relay race, the best readers will be awarded with special diplomas, letters of thanks and prizes.
