IT IS DEDICATED TO THE DAY OF THE INSTITUTE OF PRESIDENCY OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

Since April 17 till 19, 2018 Elbassy's Library within the travelling exhibition project «N. Nazarbayev: epoch, leader, society» will organize the travelling excursions for the students of colleges in Kazygurt village of Kazygurt area, T. Ryskulov village of Tyulkubas area, Aksukent village of Sayram area of the South Kazakhstan region.

The series of the excursions «Tungysh» takes place on the eve of the Day of the Institute of Presidency of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

About organizer. The Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbassy is an information and ideological complex which implements the functions of library, archive, museum, analytical, cultural, educational and research centre.

Elbassy's Library has the modern electronic and archival infrastructure and unique information resources forming the national cultural and historical property. The important direction of realization of Library’s cultural mission is the organization of the travelling thematic exhibitions and excursions on the basis of its funds.

The format of the travelling excursion gives possibility to get acquainted with the facts of the Head of state’s biography thanks to the rare video, photo and archival documents of N. A. Nazarbayev. Elbassy’s way of life: from the Komsomol member and metallurgist to the Chairman of the Council of ministers of the Kazakh SSR; from the First Secretary of Central committee of communist party of Kazakhstan, the Chairman of the Supreme Council to the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbassy. The listeners have an opportunity to look through pages of the documents of the 60-70th of the 20th century, study the newspaper articles published in the republican press of the Kazakh SSR.
