INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE «MODERN CHALLENGES AND ECONOMIC TRANSFORMATION»

On April 23, at 15.00, the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy and the Kazakhstan branch of the Lomonosov Moscow State University will hold an online international scientific and practical conference "Modern Challenges and Economic Transformation". The event is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the 20th anniversary of the Kazakhstan branch of MSU.

The purpose of the conference is to discuss the state and prospects of development of Kazakhstan and Russia in the context of the transformation of the world economy.
It is planned to discuss and exchange views on the following issues:
   • Moscow University Economic School and training of specialists in Kazakhstan branch of Moscow State University.
   • Short-term and long-term trends in the development of the economy of Kazakhstan and Russia.

   • The nature of the impact of the global pandemic on the transformation of the modern economy.

   • State policy and reforms at the present stage of development of Kazakhstan and Russia.

   • The impact of digitalization on the transformation of the modern economy and the direction of its development in Kazakhstan, Russia and the world.
   • Directions of transformation of modern financial architecture and peculiarities of development of financial markets and institutions.

   • Chairmanship of Kazakhstan in the EAEU and directions of Eurasian economic integration development.
