On February 19, at 15.00, the international online conference "OSCE Astana Summit 2010: Historical Significance and Relevance" will be held. It is organized by the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the OSCE Program Office in Nur-Sultan with the support of the Office of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy.
The conference will include a plenary session and two sessions: "Astana Declaration: Results achieved" and "OSCE activities: Euro-Atlantic and Eurasian Security Community".
The conference will be attended by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Tleuberdi, OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Swedish Foreign Minister Ann Linde, OSCE Secretary-General Helga Schmid (video message), statesman, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and OSCE Chairman (2010) Kanat Saudabayev, OSCE Secretary General (2005-2011) Marc Perrin de Brichambaut, Advisor to the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy - Head of the Department of Information and Analytical Support of the Office of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy Adil Tursunov, Director of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy Bakytzhan Temirbolat, Head of the OSCE Program Office in Nur-Sultan Gyord Sabo and others.
Prominent Kazakh and foreign politicians, representatives of the academic community, and diplomatic missions accredited in Kazakhstan are invited to participate in the conference.
