On September 28 at 11.00 a.m. the International Forum titled "Kazakh Eli: conceptual bases of development and adaptation in the global world" dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the First World Kurultai of the Kazakhs will take place in the Library of the First President of the RK (1a. A. Bokeykhan St.).
The event will be attended by the heads of the Ministries of Information and Public Development, Culture and Sports, Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, representatives of the deputy and diplomatic corps of Kazakhstan, as well as state and public figures - representatives of the Kazakh diasporas of Azerbaijan, Germany, Denmark, Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Russia, Turkey, France, Uzbekistan, scientists and cultural figures.
The participants will discuss the background, history of organization and holding of I World Kurultai of Kazakhs, its significance and results, as well as the issues of saving the historical and cultural heritage of the Kazakh people and the further prospects for the consolidation of the nation in the face of modern threats and challenges.
Following the results of the International Forum, an electronic collection of materials will be published.
Also, an exhibition of archival documents and books from the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and an exhibition fair of traditional Kazakh crafts and national clothes will be held within the framework of the forum. The guests will be presented with the expositions of the Museum of the First President, as well as the thematic exhibition "My Homeland is Kazakhstan" dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the World Kurultai of the Kazakhs.
At 14.30 there will be a meeting with the First Deputy Chairman of the World Association of Kazakhs Turisbekov Z.K. "30 years of the World Kurultai". Accreditation is required!
